The challenge was to design a digital presence for AS Genius, a full-service creative agency in Miami, that was as innovative and professional as the services they offer. The website needed to be more than a portfolio; it had to be a seamless B2B client acquisition tool. Our goal was to create a responsive website that not only showcases their wide range of services—from design to SEO—but also simplifies the complex process of requesting a quote.
The solution is a sophisticated, user-centric platform featuring a streamlined service-to-cart funnel and a visually stunning hero that builds trust and drives action from the very first click.

UX Research
1. Understanding the Agency Ecosystem
We began by analyzing the digital landscape of creative agencies. Our key findings revealed that potential clients are often overwhelmed by jargon and unclear sales processes. We identified three core opportunities:
- Clarity is King: A transparent, step-by-step process for engaging services builds immediate trust.
- Visual Trust: A modern, high-end aesthetic is non-negotiable. The site itself is the first portfolio piece.
- Frictionless Funnel: The path from discovering a service to requesting a quote must be intuitive and effortless.
2. Crafting Personas
To ensure the design resonated with AS Genius’s target audience, we developed three key user personas:

1. Mapping the Journey
We designed a user flow centered on clarity and conversion. The journey begins with the captivating hero carousel, allowing users to instantly explore key services. It then guides them to a transparent four-step explanation of the process, building confidence before they add services to the cart and submit a request for a quote—a frictionless path from interest to lead generation.

2. Key Features

The centerpiece of the homepage. This interactive carousel uses staggered, different-sized cards to showcase AS Genius’s core services, creating an engaging and memorable first impression that immediately communicates their creative expertise.

Streamlined Service Funnel
We designed a unique «request-a-quote» system where users can add multiple services, including recurring ones like SEO, to a cart. This simplifies the B2B sales process, making it feel as intuitive as a modern e-commerce experience.

The Transparent Process
A dedicated «How Does It Work?» section breaks down the client engagement process into four simple steps. This crucial feature demystifies the process, manages expectations, and builds the trust necessary for high-value conversions.

The palette uses a sophisticated dark base to create a premium feel, a vibrant orange as an accent to guide user actions and inject energy, and clean white for maximum clarity and readability.
