1. Overview

TSO Tienda is an e-commerce that sells products in Cuba. It is a virtual store where other stores can sell. The target audience of TSO Tienda is people who live outside Cuba and want to buy products for their family living in Cuba.

The problem:

The current website is unattractive and has usability problems, which has influenced e-commerce sales to have been falling in recent months.

The goal:

Redesign the existing responsive website to improve its interface and user experience.

My role:

UX designer

Responsibilities:

Paper and digital wireframing, mockups, accounting for accessibility, iterating on designs, and responsive design.

2. Starting the redesign

Less is more

One of the main challenges in redesigning this website was achieving a clean and attractive design. For this reason, I eliminated colors, defined single typography, solved problems with contrasts, applied white spaces, and many other measures.
